Get Certified to use the Collective Leadership Assessment™ (CLA) to provide feedback and insight regarding collective leadership impact necessary for organisations to thrive. Learn more about the CLA Certification here. 

For Certification, payment will be required during online registration. If online payment can not be arranged please go to this form here. Please note that Leadership Circle policy is that all workshop fees are paid in full prior to the commencement of the event.

Requirements

Please Note: Completing Leadership Circle Profile™ Certification is required for attendance.

Specific Program Requirements:

  • Complete the Collective Leadership Assessment, which will take about 20-30 minutes of your time to complete. You will be evaluating the collective Leadership Circle community in the survey.
  • Attend the Certification in full and be fully present

You must complete the Collective Leadership Assessment at least 1 week prior to Certification start date or you may be subject to a transfer to a different session.

Materials

As part of Certification, you will receive a:

  • Collective Leadership Assessment on the Leadership Circle community
  • Digital copy of workbook to use during Certification workshop
  • Free Collective Leadership Assessment to use on a client group up to 10 participants following Certification completion including Complementary Project Management.

Process

  • Register
  • Complete any outstanding LCP Certification Post Work requirements
  • Take the Collective Leadership Assessment (20 min) 
  • Attend Certification Training (16 hrs)
  • CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a CLA Certified Practitioner!

  • TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL CERTIFICATIONS

    All Virtual Certifications are delivered via Zoom. 2-4 weeks prior to certification, you will be provided with further details such as your Zoom Meeting links, pre-course work, how to download electronic materials, and other key information.

    The virtual format does require a few things from you:

    • Make sure you have a solid internet connection with high speed, if possible.
    • Ensure your sound and video camera work on your laptop/computer. We will want to see and hear each other.
    • Download and familiarise yourself with Zoom so you’re ready to go from the first session.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Transfer requests:

    Virtual certifications: no fee will apply to transfer

    Face-to-Face certifications: transfers within 10 Business days will incur a catering fee (AUD $200/USD $140).


    Cancellations:

    More than 10 Business days before certification will be refunded.

    Within 10 Days before Virtual Certification will incur a Cancellation Fee of AUD$100/USD$70.

    Within 10 Days before Face to Face Certifications will incur a Cancellation & Catering Fee of AUD$300/USD$210
