Whether you are a seasoned Leadership Circle practitioner or newly certified, deepening your understanding of the Reactive is essential to creating meaningful outcomes with your clients.
This masterclass weaves theory, methodology, demonstration and practice with peers, to expand your skillset and impact. You will:
- Learn and practice the centrepiece coaching tool, 'What's at Risk?
- Better understand the reactive character structure and what this means for how we show up with clients
- Appreciate the neuro-physiology involved and how to shape and influence it
- Explore various applications for working with Reactive tendencies – both cognitive and somatic - to expand your skill set
- Connect the concepts and tools to working with profile graphs and reports
As a masterclass, the focus is practical and experiential. We'll touch on the underlying theory and psychology but the primary focus will be on debriefing and coaching practices to work skilfully with the reactive.
To coach your clients effectively, you need to experience being coached yourself. And so in this masterclass you will be invited to put yourself in the learner seat and experience the coaching methods as well as learn how to use them with others.

Workshop Attendance Policy
As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time. Failure to attend and participate in all sessions may also make you ineligible for relevant CCEUs.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For any transfer requests made with written notice
- 45 days prior to the start date of certification, there is no cost.
- Within 45 days prior to the start date of the workshop, a fee equivalent to 9% of the workshop fee will be charged.
Cancellations made in writing less than- 4 weeks prior to the start date of the workshop will receive a refund of 75% of the price paid.
- 2 weeks prior to the start date of the workshop will receive a refund of 50% of the price paid.
- 1 week prior to the start date of the workshop will receive a refund of 25% of the price paid.
- Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund. The Leadership Circle does not apply transfer fees, refunds, or credits towards any program other than public Leadership Circle Profile certification programs listed by Leadership Circle Asia Pacific on its website.
